Spencer began his journey with VRG Capital right after graduating from Queen’s University in 2020.

Over his short tenure with VRG, Spencer has supported the partners with multiple transactions ranging from Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), M&A deals, Private Placements, and Debt raises.

As an Associate, Spencer is focused on both investment research for new VRG opportunities, as well as managing and supporting existing VRG portfolio companies with various capital markets, strategic planning and investor relations initiatives.

In addition to his professional commitments, Spencer also serves as a committee member for the Gatsby Gala benefitting St. Michael’s Foundation.
