Deborah has been associated with VRG Capital since 1996. She is a key member of the senior management team, working closely with VRG Capital's portfolio of companies managing risk and governance as well as regulatory and tax compliance.

Deborah serves on the board of directors for the Stormont Yacht Club in Long Sault, Ont., and is the treasurer of a women's organization in the Ottawa area.

Before her association with VRG Capital, Deborah held a senior position with the Royal Bank of Canada and managed many private clients. She has vast experience in implementing the appropriate strategies and controls to manage the activities of VRG Capital and its companies.

Deborah has sat on the board of many public and private companies.
