Greg has been managing partner at VRG Capital Corp. since 2011. Greg has a history of investing alongside VRG Capital in several public companies, including Pareto Corp., Wheels Group, and Data Communications Management.
Greg serves on the board of directors of several VRG Capital portfolio companies as well as the advisory board of Lumira Capital, Kensington Capital and Clarus Securities.
Greg is a founding investor of the Centre for Business Venturing at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University, and a member of the Business School's advisory board. He is also co-chair of Capitalize for Kids Investors Conference and has been a lead investor in establishing the Down Syndrome Clinic at SickKids Hospital in Toronto.
During his 40-plus years of business experience, Greg has been involved in and led many not-for-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement, the Down Syndrome Association of Toronto and St. Joseph's Hospital. In 1992, Greg received the Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada, recognizing his significant contribution to the community and Canada.
